Welcome to Kyomeikai Karate Club - a Shotokan Karate club dedicated to the study of Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa via Kancho Nobuaki Kanazawa and the SKIF worldwide association. The instructors follow the SKIF world syllabus for the purposes of maintaining a technical standard and for grading. In addition the training is supplemented by the skills, experience and techniques the club instructors bring to the dojo. They regularly attend training courses all over the UK and the world with the best instructors from various styles and associations. Both are members of the Ryukyu Kobujutsu Association studying various weapons under Sensei Julian Mead. This training adds depth to empty hand and provides another link to karate's Okinawan roots.
